SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer 5X (Reducing)

This is a ready-to-use 5X concentrated solution. It contains 10% SDS, 500 mM DTT, 50% glycerol, 500 mM Tris-HCl, and 0.05% bromophenol blue dye. This buffer is designed for SDS-PAGE protein sample preparation and is suitable for loading conventional protein samples. It is specifically formulated for use with the Laemmli SDS-PAGE system. One bottle is sufficient for preparing up to 15 mL of protein samples, and the entire sample preparation procedure can be completed within 5 minutes.
